and web development services tailored to each client’s unique business goals.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced, as our services involve time, effort, and resources.

If a client requests cancellation before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be considered.

For ongoing marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, etc.), refunds are not available for completed work or current billing cycles.

2. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, all completed work up to that point will be billed and must be paid in full. Any advance payments will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Quality Commitment

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact us within 7 days of project delivery. We’ll work collaboratively to make reasonable revisions or improvements as per the service scope.
