and web development services tailored to each client’s unique business goals.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced, as our services involve time, effort, and resources.

If a client requests cancellation before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be considered.

For ongoing marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, etc.), refunds are not available for completed work or current billing cycles.

Refund requests will be accepted within 7 days from the original date of purchase

Refunds will be processed and credited within 14 days after approval

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the transaction (credit/debit card, bank account, or digital wallet).

2. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, all completed work up to that point will be billed and must be paid in full. Any advance payments will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Items
